Lynne Shattuck, Administrator- lackerman@dallasisd.org
Lynne is in her 26th year in education. She began her career teaching in Illinois at PALS Preschool in 1997, prior to receiving her degree in Early Childhood Education with a Special Ed endorsement from Bradley University in Peoria, IL. She substitute taught before teaching as a Pre-K teacher for Norwood School District in Peoria, Illinois. Lynne joined Dallas ISD in 2003 where she taught Special Ed. at Sudie L. Williams and Kinder and PreK at Jerry Junkins. Joining the Early Learning Dept in 2014 as a Pre-K Specialist. She earned her Masters in Educational Leadership in 2015 from Concordia University and became an AP for the program in 2016.
Tito Salas, Administrator - tsalas@dallasisd.org
Tito Salas is proud product of Dallas ISD. Born and raised in Oak Cliff, TX, from Mexican immigrant parents, Salas is a first-generation college graduate.
He began to teach at Benjamin Franklin Middle School in 2010. There he was the Athletic Coordinator and taught PE for 6 years before moving to administration. Mr. Salas has been an administrator at Emmet J. Conrad High School, John F. Peeler Elementary School and most recently at the Young Men’s Leadership Academy – totaling 9 years in Administration. Salas believes in providing multiple opportunities for students through academics and extra-curricular activities. Salas prides himself in being a servant leader that through building strong relationships, positivity and hard work others can see that hope of opportunity ahead of them. Salas is happily married to his wife, Karinna who is also an Educator in DISD. They have three children together, Gaby, 14, Xavi, 11, and Mateo, 2. Both Gaby and Xavi attend DISD schools and the baby, Mateo, is a DISD prospect student.
Kortne Banks, Administrator- kobanks@dallasisd.org Kortne Banks Began Her Educational Career with Dallas Isd As a 7th Grade Science Teacher. As a Former Teacher She Understands the Importance of Having a Supportive Administration. As Her Passion for Leadership Grew with the Intent to Support and Help Build Student Teacher Relationships. in 2021 She Was Accepted into the Texas a&M Commerce in Collaboration with Dallas Isd Lead Instructional Leadership Program Where She Received Her Master’s in Education Administration. She Is Currently Working on Her Doctorates in Educational Administration at Texas A&M Commerce. Ms. Banks Is Passionate About Building a Positive and Engaging Community Within All Stakeholders That Promote Student Achievement. She Has 7 Nieces and 2 Nephews. Her Hobbies Include Working out, Volunteering, and Fashion. |
Cristina Ibarra, Administrator - cribarra@dallasisd.org
Cristina Ibarra is a product of DallasISD. After receiving her Bachelors from UT Arlington, she began her Montessori certification. She started her teaching career at Dealey Montessori serving students in the primary (PK-K) classrooms. After four years, she taught the lower elementary (1st-3rd grade) classes for three years. In 2012, she graduated with her Masters in Educational Leadership with Dual Language Emphasis from UT Arlington. Ms. Ibarra became an administrator at Rosemont Schools in 2015 and served the Oak Cliff community for six years. She’s also had the opportunity to serve at two Montessori schools as an administrator, Prestonwood and Dealey Montessori. She supported and coached her staff with the implementation of small group instruction, differentiated instruction, Montessori philosophy, and interventions. Ms. Ibarra is married to her high school sweetheart of 21 years, and has three children, making life interesting!
